This Privacy Policy applies to the Timesheet: Physiotoday app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, developed by Physiotoday Pvt Ltd. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Email Address: Required for identification and login purposes. No other personal or sensitive data is collected.

- Enable users to make daily time entries for their jobs.

The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.

Under CalOPPA, we must disclose how we respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers. Currently, the Application does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals as it does not track users across third-party websites or online services.
Geo-blocking Regulation (EU) 2018/302 Compliance
Under the Geo-blocking Regulation (EU) 2018/302, we do not apply any discriminatory practices based on nationality, place of residence, or location of access. European Union users have equal access to the Application and all services it offers. There are no restrictions on registration, usage, or functionality based on geographic location within the EU.
We do not engage in geo-blocking or offer differentiated pricing or conditions for users within the European Union. Access to the Application is available under the same terms, irrespective of a user’s country of residence within the EU.
11. Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as outlined in this policy. “Processing” includes collecting, storing, using, and sharing your data.
